Words Only: $125
A personalized ceremony is written just for you from information you provide by completing our questionnaire. Whether you are an officiant needing assistance during a busy time or have a friend or family member officiating and just need help with the ceremony...this option is for you.
Standard turn time is four weeks. Rush requests available at $25 per week extra.
- 3 weeks turn time = $125 + $25 = $150
- 2 weeks turn time = $125 + $50 = $175
- 1 week turn time = $125 + $75 = $200
- Re-write per section (first section free) = $ 25
The Package (Ohio Only): $300
With a minimum two-week notice, a personalized ceremony is written just for you from information you provide by completing our questionnaire. A rehearsal, if desired, is included in the price as well as a completed logistics sheet you can provide your other vendors (musicians/DJ/photographer/coordinator) to ensure your special day runs smoothly. You can count on Your Day Done Your Way to prompt you through the ceremony as they officiant the day of your wedding. When applicable, we also file the Marriage Certificate with the appropriate Probate Court. If requested, we are also available for a blessing of the food at your rehearsal dinner or reception.
Ask about additional time on the day of your ceremony if you want us earlier than 45 minutes prior to the ceremony or more than ½ hour afterwards. (This option is great if you have a large number of guests coming from out of town...or...if you want my calming presence to help the bride/wedding party prior to the ceremony.)
We include with The Package the first 30 miles round trip from zip code 43004. Additional miles, as calculated by Mapquest.com from 43004 to the zip code of the venue, will be at an additional charge. Please contact us for a quotation.
On the Road again (Outside Ohio): $300 +
Contact us for a quotation. This option requires six months’ notice and is the same as The Package, but for a venue outside Ohio. In addition to the fee listed on The Package, the additional expenses for officiating a ceremony outside Ohio will also include:
- 2 roundtrip airfares – one for the consultation and one for the ceremony
- 2 hotel stays – consultation requires a one-night stay and the ceremony a three-night stay
- $250 per diem
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Fees for services include a 50% non-refundable retainer payable at the time of booking. Event and date are not secure until the deposit is received and acknowledged by the signing of the contract by Officiant. Balance of funds is due no later than ten business days before the wedding.
The following forms of payment are acceptable: cash, check, money order, or credit card through PayPal only. There will be a $50 charge for any checks returned for insufficient funds or any reason the bank cannot issue payment.
